Terms & conditions

Beach huts may only be used during the hours of daylight and are not to be used for overnight accommodation.
A maximum of six people can occupy the beach hut and the adjacent outside area at any time.
The hut is to be used for leisure purposes associated with the adjoining beach and sea only.
The hirer shall be responsible for the good behaviour of all persons using the hut and for ensuring all users comply with these terms and conditions.
Beach hut users must not cause, or permit, a nuisance in or around the hut that shall cause annoyance, inconvenience, or disturbance to occupiers of neighbouring huts or to the public. Music and noise must be kept at a low level.
In situations considered as anti-social behaviour, the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect with no right to refund or compensation.
All occupants must be considerate of neighbouring beach hut users regarding space outside.
Smoking is prohibited in the hut.
A portable gas device is provided for cooking, subject to the following conditions:
- A fire blanket and fire extinguisher are provided and must remain in the hut.
- Gas supply must be switched off at the cylinder when not in use.
- BBQs are not permitted in or beside the hut.
- Dogs are permitted. Please take note of seasonal beach restrictions pertaining to dogs.
Valuables should not be stored in the hut. The owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hirer's property.
The hirer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hut and/or equipment during the hire period and will be required to pay the owner's costs on receipt of invoice.
All litter and personal belongings must be removed before vacating, and the hut left clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may be charged at the owner's discretion.
The owner will not accept liability for injury except where arising from their own negligence.
The owner and their authorised representatives may enter the hut at any time to carry out inspections.

Any infringement of these terms and conditions may result in the hirer's booking being cancelled without refund of any part of the hire charge.
